Q2: What are your company's main products?
A2: We mainly produce high-grade leather boxes including watch boxes, glasses boxes, jewelry boxes, and high-grade leather gift boxes. We also produce high-grade game products such as backgammon, chess, dice cups, and dice-related products. Including leather and cloth outdoor products and household products like leather tissue boxes, leather placemats, leather luggage tags, and passport holders.
Q3: How to get the sample from factory?
A3: For stocked items, samples can be shipped out in priority. For out-of-stock items, samples will be produced according to customers' design and requirements.
Q4: How about the sample fee?
A4: You can get free samples from our stock but need to pay for shipping. Sample fees for custom designs depend on your requirements. If the quantity reaches our MOQ, we can refund the sample fee in your bulk production order.
Q5: How long can I expect to get the sample?
A5: After payment and confirmed files, samples will be ready in 3-7 days and delivered via express in 3-5 days. You can use your own express account or prepay us. Sample orders for quality checking are warmly welcome!
Q6: What's your MOQ?
A6: Our MOQ is usually 200pcs per design per color. We can accept custom 1pc samples. Please consult our sales for details.
Q7: What services can you provide?
A7: We provide OEM/ODM customization services including customized design, materials, colors, textures, sizes, LOGO (Printing, UV Varnishing, Hot Stamping, Embossing, Debossing), and customized packaging.
Q8: Can you do the design for us?
A8: We have a professional team with rich experience in product design. Just share your ideas and we'll help create perfect finished products. We can work with high-resolution images, logos, and text to create finished files for confirmation.
Q9: What kind of files do you accept for printing?
A9: AI, PDF, CorelDraw, and high-resolution JPG files are preferred.
Q10: What details do I need to provide to get an accurate quote?
A10: Basic elements include product style, material, quantity, size, color, and logo crafts. If unsure, please advise your product for better recommendations.
Q11: Why is OEM or ODM price different from your shop prices?
A11: Unit price depends on quantity, material, size, logo, color, and packaging style. Each client has unique requests, so prices vary. We strive to offer all customers reasonable pricing.
Q12: When can I get the quotation?
A12: We usually quote within 24 hours after receiving your inquiry. For urgent requests, please call or mention in your email for priority handling.

Q14: What delivery terms do you accept?
A14: EXW, FCA, FAS, FOB, CFR, CIF, CPT, CIP, DAT, DAP, DDP.
Q15: What's your lead time?
A15: Generally based on order quantity: Samples (in stock) 1-3 working days, custom samples 3-7 working days; Bulk orders (in stock) 3-5 working days, custom bulk orders 18-30 working days. Contact us for specific lead times based on your quantities.
Q16: What is your payment method?
A16: We accept L/C, D/A, D/P, T/T, Western Union, MoneyGram, PayPal, Alipay etc. Normal payment terms: 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment.
Q17: How do you guarantee the product's quality?
A17: We have a professional QA/QC team with 4-step inspections: Material inspection, production beginning check, regular production line monitoring, and sampling inspection after order completion.
Q18: How do I inspect my goods?
A18: You can inspect by visiting the factory, using third-party inspection, or through picture inspection.
Q19: How much does it cost to ship to my country?
A19: Freight costs are determined by shipping companies based on your gross weight and volume weight.
Q20: What's your delivery method?
A20: We offer multiple shipping methods: by sea, by air, by express (DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS, TNT etc.). Transportation ports include Yantian, Shekou. Small quantities via express delivery, large quantities via sea with your designated freight forwarder or our long-term agents.
Q21: How do I know the shipping track of my order?
A21: Tracking numbers, air waybills, or B/L by Sea will be sent immediately after shipment. We continuously follow up on delivery and keep you informed.
Q22: Are all of your products in stock?
A22: No, not all products are in stock. As a manufacturer focusing mainly on OEM/ODM orders, only some products are available in stock.
Q23: My package was lost or damaged in transit, what should I do?
A23: Contact our support team or sales. We will confirm your order with parcel and QC departments. If it's our problem, we will refund, re-produce, or resend. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Q24: What about the warranty?
A24: We are confident in our products and pack them well. We recommend checking products upon receipt and informing us immediately of any damaged items for prompt resolution.
